Henry Feintuch is a senior communications practitioner and former broadcast journalist with 25 years of experience providing counsel to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies.
Utilizing a hands-on approach, he has worked with a broad range of corporations and associations in sectors that include information technology, telecommunications and wireless, e-commerce and interactive services, advertising and market research, media and publishing, financial services, consumer electronics and many more.
Prior to founding Feintuch Communications in January 2009, he was managing partner, public relations, at KCSA Strategic Communications. For more than 22 years, Mr. Feintuch conceived of, managed and worked on client campaigns for Arbitron, IEEE, International Paper, BellSouth and numerous other domestic and international emerging companies. He also created the firm’s advertising and media practice, serving a wide array of traditional and out-of-home media companies, and its global tech group, with a heavy emphasis on emerging technology from Israel.
Previously, he served as director, corporate communications for Scanvest Ring, an early marketer of enhanced 9-1-1 automatic call distribution technology, and served in account management at Booke & Company and Paul Kaufman Associates.
Early in his career, Mr. Feintuch served as news assignment editor for WCBS-TV in New York City. He was also a reporter and anchorman for radio stations WTTM-AM, WMTR-AM and WDHA-FM and served as a professional scout executive with Greater New York Councils, Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Feintuch earned his bachelor’s degree in television and radio from Brooklyn College, City University of New York. He is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America, the former chair of its technology section and past co-chair of its annual T3 technology conference. He resides in Chappaqua, N.Y. with his wife Alice. The Feintuchs have two sons, Joshua and Alex, and a dusky conure.

Jules Abraham brings nearly 15 years of healthcare and life sciences public and investor relations experience to Feintuch Communications. He has worked in nearly all aspects of the healthcare industry including large and specialty pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical diagnostics and medical device companies, as well as small health systems, regional hospitals, managed care organizations, Medicare Part D providers and advocacy groups.
Mr. Abraham has supported market conditioning, clinical trial recruitment, financial and milestone communications, corporate communications, product launches and post-marketing publicity. He also has worked extensively in issues management and has provided presentation and speaker training for physicians and client executives.
Previously, Mr. Abraham helped launch and manage the healthcare public relations division at Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates, a prominent investor relations firm. He served as vice president in the global healthcare group at GCI Group, and held positions at Manning, Selvage & Lee, Zeno Group and GTFH public relations, all in New York and has served as an independent communications consultant to several healthcare companies.
Mr. Abraham earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the College of William & Mary and a master’s degree in public communications/journalism from Fordham University. He lives in New York with his wife, son and two cats. Mr. Abraham is a returned Peace Corps volunteer -- where he became fluent in Spanish -- and an accomplished songwriter and not-so-accomplished Naam yoga practitioner and teacher. He recently combined those two interests into a CD of original music for meditation.

Miri Segal-Scharia has 11 years of experience working with international companies, ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies in a variety of industries with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.
Ms. Segal-Scharia served as a vice president at Strategic Growth International (SGI), a global investor relations boutique for three years. Before joining SGI, she was a partner in the leading Israeli investor relations firm KM/KCSA Investor Relations, successfully managing IR accounts of leading companies with market capitalizations ranging from $20 million to more than $1 billion, including M-Systems, Lipman, Fundtech, Elbit Medical Imaging, Internet Gold, XTL Bio Tech, and many others.
Ms. Segal-Scharia has worked with Chinese, Israeli, American, European and Australian companies, initiating strategic relationships that resulted in M&A opportunities, new client introductions, new analyst coverage, etc. She has also published a number of articles in the leading Israeli financial magazine, The Marker.
Ms. Segal-Scharia has extensive experience in formulating client IR strategies, including positioning, perception analysis, road shows, M&A, and IPOs, and providing consultation and guidance during crisis management, on issues such as profit warnings, trust crisis and legal investigations.
She holds a master's degree in Business Administration (specializing in Marketing) from the University of Manchester and a B.A. in Communications and French Literature from Tel Aviv University.
