Feintuch Communications, founded in January 2009 by former journalist and PR/marketing industry veteran, Henry Feintuch, is an award winning, strategic relations firm. We are focused on the b-to-b and b-to-c marketplaces with specialty practice areas in most applications of technology, including fintech, ad tech, clean tech, manufacturing tech, e-commerce and wireless – as well as financial services, energy, media and marketing and professional services.

In 2015, we merged with Roher Public Relations, led by another prominent senior industry practitioner, Richard Roher, who brings extensive experience and knowledge in AV, technology and additional markets for our clients.

We enjoy decades of experience in developing and implementing successful public relations programs for organizations of all types and sizes — from start-ups and emerging companies to non-profits, associations, multinationals and the Fortune 500.

The hallmark of our practice is that every client is met with hands-on support by at least one senior practitioner. Our orientation is to deliver measurable business results; not just status reports, clippings and timesheets to justify a retainer.

We are headquartered in midtown Manhattan just steps from Grand Central Station. And our clients know they can reach every member of our team when they need us, 24/7.

Our agency is focused on creating and implementing results-driven PR campaigns to support our clients’ business goals. We don't "sell prospects" with a standard checklist of PR services; we prefer the solution approach, which means we listen to our clients’ needs and probe to understand their underlying business challenges. On occasion, it may mean we forgo a traditional PR program and instead provide advice/counsel/execution in a different discipline that better supports the client’s business objectives.

In our traditional PR campaigns, we focus heavily on elements that will impact their bottom lines, such as positive media coverage, sales inquiries, key messaging and thought leadership.

In our delivery of sophisticated public relations services, we focus on specific needs – media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, social media and networking programs and new product launches — as well as broader-based initiatives including industry analyst campaigns, trade and consumer outreach, awards and honors programs, speaking platforms and association marketing.

Our in-house team provides services ranging from media training  and investor relations to crisis communications planning. Through our decades-long partnerships, we regularly manage and deliver marketing and branding projects, web design, mobile apps and more. We don't mask our external relationships; they are cultivated assets to be drawn upon for our clients.

Our entrepreneurial spirit and business structure provides us with the flexibility to get more heavily involved in our clients' businesses as warranted. We've helped incubate start-ups, taken stock in some emerging companies, helped others in their fundraising activities and even created introductions leading to distribution deals. We even formed a separate company – JumpStart Global Advisors – to provide business start-up services to international companies seeking to enter the North America market in a strategic and cost-effective manner.
